Installation Guide

Tools Required: Screwdriver or Allen key, drill (for pilot holes if needed).

Step 1: Prepare the Panels
Drill the required holes for the cam lock housing and the connecting bolt according to the connector set specifications. Most cam lock sets require a Ø15mm hole for the cam and a smaller hole for the bolt.

Step 2: Insert the Cam Lock
Press the cam lock housing into the Ø15mm hole in the first panel. Ensure the arrow or marking on the cam points toward the edge of the panel.

Step 3: Install the Bolt
Screw the connecting bolt into the pre-inserted nut in the mating panel. The bolt should protrude enough to engage the cam lock.

Step 4: Join the Panels
Align the bolt with the cam lock and press the panels together. Turn the cam lock clockwise (usually 90° to 180°) with a screwdriver or Allen key to tighten the joint.

Step 5: Verify the Joint
Check that the panels are flush and the joint is tight. If the joint is loose, turn the cam lock further or check that the bolt is fully seated.

Maintenance and Care

• Inspection: Check connector tightness periodically, especially in furniture that is frequently moved or disassembled.

• Replacement: Replace any stripped or damaged cam locks or bolts immediately to maintain joint integrity.
