Installation Guide

Tools Required: Screwdriver, drill, tape measure, pencil.

Step 1: Position the Bolt
Determine the mounting height (typically 900–1000mm from the floor). Hold the bolt body against the inside of the door and mark the screw holes.

Step 2: Drill Pilot Holes
Drill pilot holes at the marked positions.

Step 3: Secure the Bolt Body
Screw the bolt body to the door using the provided fixings.

Step 4: Fit the Keep Plate
Close the door and align the keep plate on the frame so the bolt engages smoothly. Mark, drill, and secure the keep.

Step 5: Test Operation
Slide the bolt to engage and disengage. Check that the indicator on the outside shows the correct status. Test the emergency coin release from outside.

Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the finish.

• Inspection: Check the fixings periodically and tighten if necessary.

• Lubrication: Apply a dry graphite lubricant to the slide mechanism if it becomes stiff. Avoid oil-based products.
