We accept M-Pesa (Till/Paybill), mobile banking, bank deposits, and in-store cash payments.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver across Nairobi and nearby areas at a standard fee of KSh 500. Delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on availability.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days. Returns can be made in-store or at our Nairobi drop-off location. Please call us, email us, or chat on WhatsApp before returning.

How do I track my order?

After placing an order, we will notify you via call or WhatsApp when your item is ready for dispatch or pickup. For updates, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
