  • Next-Day or Standard Delivery: Orders placed after 4:00 PM or outside Nairobi zones are processed within 0–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 0-5 business days, depending on your location in Kenya.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 0–7 business days (handling + transit).

  • Expedited Shipping: May be available at an additional cost. Please inquire during checkout or contact our team directly.

Shipping Costs

  • A flat delivery fee of Ksh 500 applies to all orders within Kenya.

  • We currently do not offer free shipping promotions.

  • We currently deliver only within Kenya.

  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address at checkout.
