Black Hydraulic Malpha Hinge [Romany]

Product Description

Black hydraulic Malpha hinges are the cabinet hardware upgrade your kitchen or wardrobe needs. These hinges solve slamming doors, hinge wear, and finger injuries. They deliver smooth, silent, soft-close operation.

Black Hydraulic Malpha Hinge [Romany]

Core Technology

A built-in hydraulic damping mechanism engages during the final degrees of door closure. The damper slows movement, creating a soft, controlled closing action that eliminates loud slamming. The hinge operates as a concealed cabinet hinge with the mechanism hidden inside the cabinet and door for a clean, modern aesthetic.

Specifications

The standard Malpha hinge features a 35mm cup diameter, the industry standard for concealed cabinet hinges. The opening angle is typically 110° for convenient access. Construction is cold-formed steel or stainless steel with a durable black finish that offers corrosion resistance and pairs with contemporary designs.

Benefits of Hydraulic Damping

The soft-close feature prevents fingers from being caught between door and frame, a critical safety feature for households with children or elderly users. Gentle closure reduces stress on the cabinet frame and mounting points, extending furniture life and preventing sagging. The self-closing function ensures doors are never left accidentally open.

Installation

The hinge consists of a cup that fits into a 35mm hole drilled into the back of the door and a base plate that screws onto the interior cabinet wall. The hinge arm clips onto the base plate, and adjustment screws allow fine-tuning of door position. Available with a 2-hole base for lightweight doors or a 4-hole base for heavier doors.

Applications

Suitable for kitchen cabinets, wardrobe doors, bathroom vanities, office furniture, and any overlay door application where soft-close is desired. Order today and deploy immediately with zero configuration.
