What are the key features of this premium PU foam?

This foam is formulated with high resistance to UV radiation, suitable for applications with some sunlight exposure. It is a one-component polyurethane-prepolymer that cures through reaction with air humidity. The foam features low curing pressure and minimal post-expansion, ensuring joints and frames are not stressed during installation.

What are the main applications for this PU foam?

This versatile foam is ideal for sealing, insulating, and filling joints including window and door frames, wall-ceiling connections and roof openings, spaces around pipes and conduits, cavities in plumbing, heating, and electrical wiring, and installing and insulating bathtubs and shower trays. Its excellent adhesion to wood, concrete, brick, plaster, metal, and polystyrene makes it versatile for construction and renovation projects.

What are the technical specifications?

This product is available in a 750ml can for use with an NBS foam gun. Tack-free time is 6-10 minutes. Fully cured foam demonstrates excellent tensile strength and compression strength. Its fine cell structure contributes to good thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

What is the recommended method of use?

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. Do not pre-moisten the surfaces for this specific formulation. Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times before use. Screw the can onto an NBS gun while keeping the can upright. For application, hold the can upside down and fill joints to about 80-90% of the volume, as the foam will expand. Clean fresh foam spills immediately with a PU foam cleaner.
